"I believe in Good Karma " Kunickaa Sadanand Lall

There are times in all our lives, when we desire the need for divine intervention; times, when life refuses to acknowledge the seemingly obvious and decides to take refuge in a world that is far away from ours. A world that gives the body and mind the spiritual healing that it yearns for. We, at Telly Chakkar.com decided to delve deeper into the lives of our favourite stars and know a little about their lives beyond the obvious.

Kunickaa Sadanand Lall is back on television with DD1’s Lara Lappa which is yet to go on air. She feels it’s her prayers and karma that allowed her to start afresh on the small screen. In an exclusive to tellychakker Kunickaa reveals her secret desires and her strong belief in God and karma.

Define God
God is in the flower that blooms, he is in the hopeful eyes of a child, and in a mother who gives birth to a new life… God is everywhere and nobody can define or challenge his power. The Almighty is within me and that make me feel spiritual.

What is spirituality for you?
It is honesty and good karma. I believe in the deeds that you have performed earlier which come back to you. It’s basically recognition of where your life is taking you. Knowing one self is what spirituality means. An individual should know of what he/she is doing in the present as that is definitely going to affect your future.

Do you fast?
I can’t fast as my health doesn’t permit me to do so. I tried keeping roza for five days when I was pregnant but could not go beyond that. It’s my desire to fast and also leave non-veg. I personally believe that eating non-veg means destroying life.

Following rituals
I do chant mantras and do pooja. The first thing that I do when I go on outdoor shoots is visit temples. Many people like to go shopping and sight seeing but I like to go to temples as they give me immense peace of mind and rejuvenate me.

What is your comfort zone?
Music, cooking and spending time with my son. Music calms me and cooking is my passion. My son is my fulcrum. Spending quality time with him makes me feel happy and complete.
