Kunickaa Supports Tharoor in the IPL fiasco

The nexus of IPL and Politics is an issue rocking the BCCI, the parliament and the nation today

According to veteran social worker Kunika "my opinion is Of course there is a nexus, how deep how murky no one knows. The sad part is that a great game has been tarnished once again.

The bad fall out was that Shashi Tharoor had to resign, somehow I dont believe he is corrupt. He might be in love but I dont see him as corrupt. Corruption is part of a persons character and the signs start showing up very early, Shashi Tharoor has an impeccable track record of being a credible individual, with many years in public service.

I dont want to believe that one of our prominent faces, for a new political system in india, is corrupt like most of the present lot. no no no pls no. Regarding Lalit Modi, I think he has decided "hum toh doobengey sanam tumhe bhi saat le doobengey" I'm sure he couldnt have pulled this off with out other people being party to the crime. the shocker would be if anyone of the franchisee's from my fraternity are involved too.

    Hello Kunikaji,
With the removal of Lalit Modi, the IPL fiasco has lost steam and the media has stopped reporting on it. The media is only interested in individual targets / scapegoats and is just not helping to root out the actual culprit and that is corruption.

  2. Dear Kunika,
When will we see you again in films? I think Manmohan Singh was always right when he choose Shashi Tharoor.

  3. Hi,
You r a part of congress and hence it is obvious that u will support Tharoor. He has resigned because he was guilty. Lalit Modi on the other hand was honest and hence got thrown out, because he refused to resign.

  4. Hello everyone,
Well the usual corrupt business and betting practices that have besieged Inidan cricket for decades has finally been exposed in the IPL. ICC needs to take some control of this because the BCCI cannot control its own enterprise. Simply put with such corruption in India you have lost another viewer.

Tharoor had a canadian wife, girl friend from Dubai...he was no ordinary minister but an International Affairs Miniter.
