Kunickaa takes on Bal Thackeray and Sanjay Raut!!

Top social activist Kunickaa Lal has single handedly taken on some of the most powerful men in Mumbai. She is determined to fight for the secular nature of Mumbai City.

A seasoned activist with years of experience, Kunickaa is ready to fight men who have been claimed to rule Mumbai with a remote control.

The activist has filed an FIR / application at Oshiwara police station, against Mr. Balasaheb Thackeray and Mr. Sanjay Raut, for promoting and igniting violence and terror in Mumbai and for causing communal disharmony in the city.

She has stated that through their threats to icons of India they are actually terrorizing the law abiding citizens.

"I want them to put a restraining order under section 149 of IPC, whereby they are restrained by the law from committing any cognizable offense, or igniting any cognizable offense by their workers" Kunickaa says.

She adds "I have also demanded the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Raut's as a member of the Rajya Sabha. As a representative of the constitution, he should protect the constitutional rights of the citizens, and one the most important rights (article 19) is the right to earn your livelihood, where ever in the country, be it a Shahrukh Khan , an Uttar Bhartiya, a Hindu, Muslim, anyone as long as they are law abiding citizens of the country. Mr Sanjay Raut, as an MP must not cause any rift in the basic fabric of the country and its citizens, he must protect the unity and diversity of the country at all costs, which of course he has failed to do."

Kunickaa has also demanded an explanation from the State Government, as to what is their stand on this issue, and if they are in the governing seat ,then why are the non elected parties running amok in this city.

Addressing Bal Thackeray directly, she asks "Honestly Mr. Thackeray, don't you think that if Mumbaikars/Maharastrians wanted you and your party to govern us, they would have voted you IN and not OUT.Wake Up and Smell The Coffee Sir!".

Kunickaa challenges the establishment by asking "I want to know how long are we honest tax paying citizens going to pay for the burnt buses, the damage to public property? How long are we going to be terrorized and living in fear, and how long are we going to take things lying down while some goons take our decisions for us,like which films we will watch, which language we will speak, which citizens will live where, which community is allowed in Mumbai, and more crucially whether we are allowed to say "I AM AN INDIAN FIRST" ?
